We will attempt to ship all orders the day they are received but during peak holiday time periods, orders will be processed in the order they are received and we may not be able to ship the same day the order is placed.
It is important to include the correct address information with your order including apartment and suite numbers. We are not responsible for errors in shipping information that result in delays and additional charges.
**IMPORTANT NOTE ***When making your shipping selection please understand that weekends do not count as days in transit.
We normally ship chocolates Monday thru Wednesday but will ship later in the week if the delivery will arrive without being held over the weekend in a shipping warehouse. We do not ship chocolates that will travel over the weekend as this may result in melted chocolates. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control once your package is in transit.
We stand behind the quality of our chocolates and guarantee that they will be shipped in top condition. To ensure this we use insulated boxes and gel packs to protect the chocolates. Chocolates are selected from our freshest available selections and may differ slightly than what is pictured on our website. This will include an assortment of dark, milk and white chocolates.
